Welcome to Auto Oud These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit, browse, shop, or interact with our website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make any purchases.

3. Orders and Purchases When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. All prices are in GBP and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. You confirm that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Payment We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider (Shopify Payments or similar). By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount (including taxes and shipping).

5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Services (text, images, logos, product designs) is owned by Auto Oud or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.   • Transmit viruses or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
