Returns window 

You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging (including any protective seals, if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

 

How to start a return

Please email us at support@autooud.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll reply within 1–3 working days to confirm whether your return is approved and provide the return address and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
  • It can take an additional 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account, depending on your provider.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order. We will refund the original purchase once the return is received and inspected.

 

Damages, faults, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@autooud.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage costs) as appropriate.

 

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that are not in their original condition (used, damaged by customer, missing parts)
  • Items purchased at a discounted price (sale items)
  • Items returned more than 28 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval from us

Auto Oud is not liable for any leaks, spillages, or potential damage caused by our products. All purchases made via our website are for personal use only. Any form of re-selling without our consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
